Luxe Retail and Lending accepts returns of non-jewelry items that are initiated within 5 days of delivery. Each return is subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover re-authentication and shipping costs.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR DAMAGED, including any merchandise that is missing components (such as dust bags or boxes) or the Luxe tags. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we have evidence that merchandise has been worn or damaged.
