Return Policy

Every item at Luxe is hand-selected, authenticated, and carefully inspected before sale. Because each piece is unique, we accept returns only with prior approval and only under the conditions below.


How to Request a Return

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. Email hello@luxe-dallas.com with your order number, a description of the item, your reason for the return, and photos.
  • Wait for approval. Our team will review your request. If approved, we'll email you a prepaid FedEx return label.
  • Ship the item back. It must be unused, include all original components and accessories (such as dust bags or locks), and still have its Luxe Retail & Lending tags attached.
  • Refund processing. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 3 business days.

 Important Details

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover insured round-trip shipping and re-authentication costs. We do not accept exchanges. We will not accept returns that are incomplete, damaged, missing accessories, or missing tags, and we reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason.

Before You Buy

Since all sales are final outside of an approved return, please review product descriptions and photos carefully. If you'd like more photos or have questions before purchasing, contact us — we're happy to help.


Shipping Issues or Damage

If your item arrives damaged in transit or you believe there’s been an error with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
