Luxe Retail & Lending offers both consignment and buy-outright (BOR) options for customers that are interested in giving new life to their luxury assets.

For local DFW customers, we offer the 5% Luxe Guarantee for BOR transactions. Simply show us correspondence from another consignment store in the area and we will either match or pay 5% more.

Submit Your Item for Initial Appraisal

Luxe will complete an initial appraisal to provide you with an preliminary offer. We currently offer two options to complete an initial appraisal:

  • We welcome walk-in appointments during our business hours
  • Use our item submission form to initiate our online process or schedule a confidential in-person appointment.

Pro Tip: For both in-person and virtual submissions, the more detail you can provide about your asset, the more likely we are to have an accurate initial offer. Supporting documentation, such as GIA certificates, sales receipts, or other authentication documents help us to make sure you receive the best offer possible.

Complete Final Physical Appraisal & Offer

For customers using our item submission form, we will send you an email either containing a pre-paid shipping label or a link to schedule an in-person appointment.

Upon receiving your asset, the Luxe team will complete our final physical appraisal and provide you with the final offer for your item.

Complete Paperwork

Should you accept our final offer, we will proceed with an ID verification, Bill of Sale execution, and preferred payout method confirmation.

Please note we accept the following forms of ID:

  • US Drivers Licenses
  • Passport
  • Texas DPS-issued ID Card
  • Texas Handgun License

Customers using our online process will be required to complete a biometric ID verification before executing a Bill of Sale.

Transaction Settlement

Once the documentation is signed:

  • In-store clients may receive cash immediately
  • Remote clients will be paid via electronic check

Fine Print:

Our purchase agreements (Bills of Sale) are contingent upon ownership verification. We register purchases through law enforcement databases and may, if applicable, request title or proof of ownership. If at any point during the process a customer decides not to move forward, Luxe will return the item. The customer is expected to pay the cost of return shipping.

Please note that Luxe Retail & Lending reserves the right to decline to offer the 5% Luxe Guarantee to any customer for any reason.

Out with the Old You//In with the New Terms:

Promotion is available from January 3 through January 31. Recipients must sign a Luxe consignment contract on or before 1/31/2026 to be eligible for this promotion. There is no limit to the number of consigned items and discounts, but 10% Discount is not combinable on this promotion or with other discounts (so for instance, you cannot receive 30% off of a new purchase if you consign 3 items). Watches are not eligible for 10% discount.
