We ship via FedEx and UPS, using USPS only for last-mile delivery when required by those carriers.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders under $250 USD, we offer flat rate $15 shipping. For orders between $250 and $500 USD, we offer flat rate $10 shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $500.

Lost or Missing Packages
In the event of a missing package, please contact hello@luxe-dallas.com immediately and notify the carrier. Luxe will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
