Shipping policy

Carriers & Delivery Speed
We ship via FedEx and UPS, using USPS only for last-mile delivery when required by those carriers.
  • Handling Time: 24 hours (Monday–Friday)
  • Delivery Time: Determined by the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout (Ground, 2-Day, Overnight, etc.)
  • Total Transit Time: Typically 48 hours to 5 days (handling + delivery combined)

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–8 business days
All delivery estimates begin after the order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $500.

Shipment Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Issues & Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs clearance. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@luxe-dallas.com.

Lost or Missing Packages
In the event of a missing package, please contact hello@luxe-dallas.com immediately and notify the carrier. Luxe will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping & Duties
We do not ship internationally at this time. 

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping services.
