Luxe’s Authentication Promise
As part of our commitment to transparency and integrity in every transaction, we have a robust verification process to ensure that every item we buy or sell is authenticated. We used best-in-class technology, in addition to our in-house expertise, to ensure that every piece is verified and genuine.
Handbags
We use a third party authentication software, Entrupy, to verify every single handbag we sell. Entrupy leverages AI technology to compare photographs of various bag components against their database of hundreds of thousands authentic handbag markers to verify authenticity and guarantee accuracy of 99.9%. In the event of a .1% error, Entrupy and Luxe Retail and Lending will refund you the amount of the purchase. This means you can confidently purchase pre-owned handbags with us without having any concern.
Watches
We use WatchCSA, in addition to in-person authentication, for each of the watches we sell. WatchCSA leverages data about counterfeit trends, in addition to enabling checklist authentication to verify watches.
Diamonds
We leverage Yehuda AI powered technology to authenticate lab versus natural stones. Luxe Retail & Lending has a Sherlock AI Yehuda machine on-site for diamond testing and verification. We clarify in all of our product listings whether a jewelry piece is natural or lab grown.
Luxe Retail and Lending is committed to selling verified authentic pre-owned luxury items. We do not purchase or re-sell items that we cannot authenticate.
