At Luxe, every item we offer is hand-selected, authenticated, and thoroughly evaluated for quality. Due to the nature of our business and the uniqueness of each item, we will accept returns with prior store approval within 10 days of the items arrival.
Return Guidelines

We accept returns made within 10 days of receiving your item. To begin a return, please email hello@luxe-dallas.com with your order number, product description, a reason for the return, and pictures of the item. Our team will review and issue a return shipping label to you (please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs). We will not accept incomplete returns or damaged items. Once we have received your item and reviewed it, we will complete the return transaction. We reserve the right to refuse any return transaction for any reason.
