Return Policy

At Luxe, every item we offer is hand-selected, authenticated, and thoroughly evaluated for quality. Due to the nature of our business and the uniqueness of each item, we will accept returns with prior store approval within 5 days of the items arrival.  All returned items must be unused, returned with all components, and will not be accepted if the tags have been removed. 


Return Guidelines

  • We accept returns made within 5 days of receiving your item on a case-by-case basis with pre-approval.  To begin a return, please email hello@luxe-dallas.com with your order number, product description, a reason for the return, and pictures of the item.  Our team will review and issue a return shipping label to you.  We will not accept incomplete returns, damaged items, items that are missing their accessories such as dust bags or locks, or items that do not have Luxe Retail & Lending tags still intact.  Once we have received your item and reviewed it, we will complete the return transaction.  We reserve the right to refuse any return transaction for any reason. We do not accept exchanges. 

  • Please review all product descriptions, photos, and details carefully before making a purchase.

    • A 10% restocking fee is assessed for every return to cover our round-trip insured shipping costs and our re-authentication costs.
  • If you have any questions or need additional photos or clarification before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us with questions — we’re happy to assist.

  • Once a refund has been approved, we will email you a return label for the item to be returned via FedEx.  Upon receiving your return at our physical location, we generally issue refunds within 3 business days to the original form of payment.

Shipping Issues or Damage

If your item arrives damaged in transit or you believe there’s been an error with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
