A Seamless Selling Experience from Start to Settlement
Every step of our purchasing process reflects the same values we bring to our brand: discretion, transparency, and efficiency.
We purchase luxury assets outright — handbags, jewelry, watches, and fine goods — through a process built for speed and privacy. It comes down to three steps: Price, Paperwork, and Payout.
Price
We'll assess your item and provide a preliminary offer. Two ways to begin:
- Walk in during business hours for an in-person appraisal
- Use our item submission form to start remotely or schedule a confidential in-person appointment
If you submit online, we'll send a prepaid shipping label or a link to book an in-person appointment. Once we receive your item, our team completes a final physical appraisal and presents your offer.
The more documentation you provide — GIA certificates, original receipts, authentication papers — the more accurate your initial offer will be.
Paperwork
Once you accept, we begin the authentication process and complete paperwork. We will finalize ID verification, execute your Bill of Sale, and confirm your payout method. Accepted forms of ID:
- U.S. driver's license
- Passport
- Texas DPS-issued ID card
- Texas handgun license
Payout
Once paperwork has been signed and the item has been authenticated, we complete payment:
- Clients are paid via electronic check or ACH
- For the safety of our staff, we do not generally keep large amounts of cash in the store. On an pre-approved basis, we can arrange for a cash payment. Please notify us in advance and note that the decision to pay in cash is at our discresion

Our purchase agreements (Bills of Sale) are subject to ownership verification. As part of this process, purchases are registered against law enforcement databases, and Luxe may, where applicable, request title or proof of ownership. Should a customer originally agree to sell and later decide not to proceed, a $40 fee applies to cover authentication costs already incurred, and the item will be returned, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.
