1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Shop Luxe Dallas (“Sponsor”), located in Dallas County, Texas.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. By participating, entrants release Instagram and TikTok from any and all liability relating to this Promotion.

 

 

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible.

Entrants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

 

 

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on March 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on April 20, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Sponsor’s computer and records shall be the official timekeeping device.

 

 

4. How to Enter

A. Entry via Purchase or Consignment

During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may:

  1. Follow @shopluxedallas on Instagram and/or TikTok; and

  2. Complete a qualifying purchase from Sponsor or consign an item with Sponsor during the Promotion Period.

Each individual item purchased or consigned during the Promotion Period constitutes one (1) entry.

There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant. Each qualifying item equals one separate entry.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase or consignment, an eligible entrant must hand-print on a 3” x 5” card their full legal name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, email address, and the statement:

“Green Kelly Bamboo Clemence Bag Sweepstakes Entry”

Mail the card in a properly stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 20, 2026 and received by April 21, 2026. Each entry must be mailed separately. Limit one (1) entry per envelope.

All entries, regardless of method, will receive equal treatment and equal odds of winning.

Entries that are automated, bulk-generated, mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, or tampered with are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud or abuse.

 

 

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) Green Kelly Bamboo Clemence bag
    Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $17,000

Total ARV of all prizes: $17,000.

Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may require completion of IRS Form W-9 and may issue IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

 

 

6. Winner Selection; Odds

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about April 22, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

 

 

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email, telephone, and/or social media direct message within five (5) business days of the drawing.

The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of attempted notification. Failure to respond timely, failure to comply with these Official Rules, inability to verify eligibility, or return of notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor may require execution of:

  • Affidavit of Eligibility

  • Liability Release

  • Publicity Release (where lawful)

  • IRS Form W-9

If a dispute arises as to identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address or social media account used to enter.

 

 

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation.

 

 

9. Release; Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, TikTok, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

  • Participation in the Promotion;

  • Acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize;

  • Technical failures of any kind;

  • Unauthorized human intervention;

  • Printing, typographical, or administrative errors;

  • Any injury or damage to persons or property.

 

 

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules.

 

 

11. Governing Law; Disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. Entrants consent to personal jurisdiction and waive any objection to venue.

 

 

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable law.
